Cauliflower Cottage Cheese Tots
This is a 2 ingredient super easy, convenient and yummy recipe for busy moms! Make a huge batch of these and keep them in the fridge for your kids to have as a snack or as part of their meal. This is such a delicious and easy way to fit protein and veggies into your baby and toddler's day!

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- On the stove in a pot/saucepan, heat the cauliflower rice on medium heat and mix occasionally to defrost and sauté
- While it's defrosting, whip up the cottage cheese in a blender
- Then pour the cottage cheese into the cauliflower rice and mix together
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and form your tots
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes
- Enjoy straight from the oven while they're crispy or store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for a later time
