Postpartum Energy Bites
The early days of postpartum are beautiful, exhausting, and leave me super hungry!! Between nursing sessions, diaper changes, and barely sitting down to eat, it’s easy to forget to fuel yourself. These no bake lactation bites have been a staple in my kitchen. They’re packed with milk boosting ingredients like oats and flaxseeds, take just 10 minutes to make, and are perfect for one handed snacking. Whether you’re breastfeeding or just need a nourishing pick me up during the day, these bites have become a favorite for a reason!
