Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie/Teething Pops
This is the yummiest smoothie for your baby! Full of healthy fats and antioxidants, this is a super easy snack for your little one. This will also serve as a total winner when it comes to your teething baby. Not only will this soothe their teething pain, but they will simultaneously be enjoying a delicious and nutritious treat. The combination of berries and peanut butter holds a very special place in a baby’s tummy, so I hope your baby loves this recipe as much as mine does!
Ingredients:
- Handful of baby kale
- ½ banana
- Handful of frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter
- ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender in the above order
- Blend well and add a little more milk if it’s too thick
- Serve immediately to your baby or fill up a popsicle mold and freeze for a later time - especially when your baby is teething
