One Bowl Blueberry Banana Bread
This one bowl blueberry banana bread is a family recipe, one that my mom continues to make for me until this day! It's super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients and is a hearty and nutritious breakfast or snack for the whole family. I know you'll enjoy the tasty burst of blueberries in every bite!!

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
- Then add in the bananas along with the wet ingredients and blend with a hand mixer
- Add the chia seeds and blueberries and mix with a spoon
- Pour into your loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool completely before cutting slices
Notes:
- Substitute the blueberries for chocolate chips if you're craving a sweet treat or have chocolate lovers in your home
- The more ripe your bananas are, the better!
- Store in the fridge covered for 5 days
