Birthday Cake Bites

Do you have a toddler itching to help you in the kitchen? Maybe they’re just curious about what you’re doing or making, and they want to be involved. This is the perfect recipe to make together! With only a few simple ingredients that need to be mixed together, your toddler will have so much fun helping you make this delicious and exciting snack! These birthday cake bites are vegan, gluten free and beyond delicious for your baby and whole family!

Ingredients: 

1 ½ cup rolled oats 

¾ cup cashew butter

¼ cup almond butter

⅓ cup maple syrup 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2-3 tbsp corn free and dye free rainbow sprinkles

¼ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Prep your toddler!
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl except for the sprinkles
  3. Once combined well, add in the sprinkles and watch your toddler enjoy the fun! 
  4. Together take about 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls 
  5. Store in the freezer or fridge for up to 10 days and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also make this recipe with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate chips, or white chocolate chips if you’re making this for older kids
