Apple Oat Breakfast Bars

These apple oat breakfast bars are perfect for your baby and whole family! Easy to make with only 5 simple ingredients and super tasty! Take these on the go in the car or on a walk for a snack, or serve these for breakfast and fill your little one’s tummy.
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined
  3. Pat down evenly into a square pyrex dish
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
  5. Serve warm right out of the oven or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days

Notes:

  • You can serve as a crumble on top of yogurt
  • You can include additional mix ins such as raisins, dried fruit, or chopped nuts
