Prenatal Smoothie

This is my go to smoothie when I’m pregnant! Most days of the week I start my day with this smoothie and it fuels me for the morning as it contains essential nutrients for pregnant women. Protein, healthy fats, folate, and antioxidants, this smoothie is super tasty and will support your expanding body and growing baby.

 

Ingredients:

  • Handful of blueberries
  • ¼ banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

    Instructions:

    1. Add all the ingredients to a blender in the above order
    2. Blend well and add a little more milk if it’s too thick
    3. Enjoy and feel good!
